Policies
Unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all my clients, I have adopted the following policies:
CANCELLATION POLICY
A 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. If you are unable to give me the minimum 24-hours, and it is not possible to fill your time slot, you will be charged one half of the scheduled service.

NO SHOW POLICY
If you are not present for your scheduled session and haven't notified me, during the first 15 minutes of your appointment it will be assumed that you are a no-show. If you forget or consciously choose to forgo your appointment for whatever reason with-out prior notice you will be considered no-show and will be charged in full for the scheduled services. All future service will be denied until payment is made.
arriving late
Prior notice that you are going to be late will keep your appointment available to you. Depending upon how late you arrive will determine the amount of treatment you receive. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session.
